Pack 319 has been chartered as a Cub Scout Pack in Lake Worth, Texas since the 1940s. Although it's chartering status has varied, we've been a regularly chartered pack (Silver Star District, Longhorn Council, BSA) since 2006. We recharter each year in December and our membership year begins at that time.
Pack 319 Cub Scouts and WEBELOS Scouts are Boy's Life subscribers as well as active members of the Pack. We are small but continue to grow each year. We have a full complement of Dens including Tiger, Wolf, Bear, and Webelos. In 2011-2012, we added the new BSA pilot Lions (unofficial) program.
Because we have fully trained leadership, we are able to take our Scouts camping on Pack camping trips in addition to Council and District level events. We participate in the National Summertime Pack Award program and meet at least once a month to participate in a variety of fun and educational activities each month of the summer including Cub Scout Day Camp, Cub Scout Resident Camp, BSA Night @ the Fort Worth Cats, visits to the National Scouting Museum, and other programs offered through a variety of non-profit and educational organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our unit has also sponsored the P.R.A.Y. religious program God and Me and God and Family for the Scouts and non-Scouts within our district.
Our Scouts attend Lake Worth ISD and Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD. We follow the Lake Worth ISD calendar and take breaks during holidays and school "off" days observed by that district.

The Pack has 100% fully trained leadership and all registered adults are required to take Youth Protection Training (YPT) and Committee Member Leader Specific training. Registered adults participate on the Pack Committee which meets (online) monthly. We encourage our leaders to take advantage of other leadership training opportunities such as Roundtable, BALOO, OWLS, Leadership Position Specific, Commissioner's College, and Wood Badge.
Pack 319 participates fully in all Silver Star District and Longhorn Council programs as well as developing its own den and Pack level community service projects. We continue to expand our participation with our Charter Organization, St. Anne's Church, through various projects and cooperative activities focusing on bringing the Pack and the parish closer together.
We welcome all youth and are a unit focused on diversity and meeting the needs of every Scout. Contact us for more information about our inclusiveness policy and programming.
